    1> Before takeup of the any air vehicle,the pilot should option of driving.
    2> Different steps should be taken improve the persional and profesional status of the pilots
    3> High end equpment should be used as an alternative navigating system incase of communication failure.
    4> The rescue system should be such that it will give the indication of unavoidable accident.

    @Subhash: That only speaks of your ignorance that you do not know who these people are.

    @OP: You missed out Krishnan Nair aka Jayan. It is sad that this entire list is pretty much taken off from wikipedia minus those that were killed in the Pan Am 73 incident in Karachi. Yes, this does speak of “Indiatime”, and Indians as a whole; no citations, and no credit to the original work.

    Sanjay Gandhi did not die in a Helicopter but a trainer aircraft over delhi.

    Kalpana Chavla died on a space shuttle re-entering earths atmoshere and not over Texas.

    We are not sure of Netajis death yet? So better left with a question mark?
